We have strong team of engineers specialized in various fields to offer the best support to customers. The distribution of expertise is as follows:

Our Service division having call system. Customer logs his complaint on helpdesk and service coordinator keep track of these calls.

Response time below 50 Km is 2hrs to 4hrs and completion time is 4hrs to 6hrs.

Our motto is good service for our customer. So we operate Monday- Sunday.

To get better technical support we conduct corporate technical network training. It reduces basic call and they get better telephone support from our service team.

Inhouse Service Center:-
We have our own in house repair service center. In this we repair Motherboards, Hard Disks, CD Drives, Inkjet Printers, Laser Printers, Monitors. It reduces turn around time of customer's equipment.

During the breakdown time we provide standby equipment to the customer. For this purpose we have big inventory of Monitor, Motherboard, printer, Server, Hard disk, etc.
